10 Food suggestions that are GREAT for your Penis (& apparently you will taste great to!)

It has been a fun research with my girlfriends trying to pick the best recommendations we found on the internet that keep you rock hard, the blood flowing & the flavor yummy.
***Please note - I am not a health professional, these are just fun suggestions and if you are really keen - do some research yourself.***
So let the count down begin...
GREEN IS MEAN, well - it keeps you hard. Research states green plant foods are high in Nitric Oxide. Why is Nitric Oxide important? Its function is vasodilation, meaning it relaxes the inner muscles of the blood vessels, causing them to widen and increase circulation and guess where thousands of your blood vessels are? That's right - your beautiful penis. So to stay hard, get green. Personally from experience, I know most men are career driven and very busy so ONE PRODUCT I SWEAR BY AND USE MYSELF IS CALLED VITAL GREENS. It can be bought in health food stores (get it on sale) and have it first thing in the morning either with water or my favorite is a fresh juice made from celery, apple, ginger and carrots. PISTACHIO NUTS - I read a report that a test was done on men eating 100 grams of pistachios for three weeks, they all reported a significant improvement in their erectile function, ability to orgasm, libido, sexual satisfaction, and overall happiness in life. As a bonus, they all had higher HDL, or “good,” cholesterol and lower LDL, or “bad,” cholesterol, too. I love pistachios as the shells make a fun food fight :)
POMEGRANATE FRESH OR JUICE - Research done at the International Journal of Impotence Research discovered that not only Pomegranate has three times more antioxidants than even red wine, supports blood flow, can help improve erectile dysfunction but also increase Testosterone and boost your mood. I feel a great time to drink would be lunch-time, just to boost up from your morning greens.

It's rich in two nutrients that are key to good bedroom performance: Niacin (with a quarter of your recommended daily value in two tablespoons) and vitamin E (75% of your daily value in that same serving). Peanut butter is also a good source of folate, which improves sperm quality.
CHOCOLATE - Personally - I LOVE CHOCOLATE!!! and according to research once you have consumed it, it activates SEROTONIN - THE LOVE DRUG in your body and not only increases your overall happiness but has the potential to intensify your orgasm. Just cover me now LOL.
TOMATOES - these red beauties contain lycopene, a red-pigmented antioxidant that has been linked to healthier sperm production and decrease risk of prostrate cancer. ADD SOME CHILI FOR AN EXTRA HEALTH BONUS.
